We want them to operate in the HR sector.
We prefer digital projects but we also take into account more traditional companies. Traditional doesn’t mean lacking in innovation.

Better something completely new
than improving on something that exists.

Bring to life something that did not exist before. We can even be satisfied with less, as for an improvement of the status quo.
As long as it is an improvement from which it’s impossible to revert.

Team.

It’s the value we consider with the greatest attention.
The founders’ enthusiasm, their team, their long-term vision. People first.

At the beginning.

We prefer to invest in projects which are in their very initial phase. Typically pre-seed or seed phases.
Certainly, we are interested in any innovative HR project even in a start-up phase, on the market for some time.
But we are confident that we can have a bigger impact on an entity if we get involved just at the beginning of its life.

Italy.

We want to invest in Italy, in Italian Projects.
We want them to grow and become international.
With strong bases in our country.
